We accept the following forms of payment at PurpleCows.net: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Check or Money Order. To place an order for payment with a check or money order, please call 877-386-8264. Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Purple Cows Inc. and sent to 3210 N. Canyon Road Suite 307, Provo, UT 84604.
Offline Ordering:
We accept mail in orders. You can place your order online and then mail in a check or money order to Purple Cows Inc., 3210 North Canyon Rd Suite 307, Provo, UT 84604. If you want to order by telephone, you can call toll free at 877-386-8264. C.O.D. purchases or pay by wire transfer orders must be placed by telephone. Additional fees may apply. Any order being shipped outside of the USA must be placed by telephone.
Shipping Rates and Procedures:
All orders placed before 1:00 pm MST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.
PurpleCows.net ships all U.S bound package orders via FedEx Ground and Smart Post. All flat rate shipping is sent by FedEx Smart Post and may take from 2 - 8 days for delivery. Rates are based on current FedEx rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product. If you are outside of the USA, please visit our Partners page to see if our products are available locally or try Amazon.com. For USA FedEx shipping costs, please click on your Shopping Cart, then click on the “Estimate Shipping” button.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement:
PurpleCows.net warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. All Purple Cows products may be registered on our website to warranty your product for one year from original purchase date. Click Here to Register your Purple Cows product.
Return Policy:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging with all original parts and paperwork to be eligible for refund. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at information@purplecows.net for additional return policy information.

Yes. All orders ship via FedEx Ground.
