Jing-Jing Nickel was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Her teenage years were spent in Dakar, Senegal, a West African nation. King-Jing works full time in the Twin Cities, MN, as an I.T. professional. In her spare time, she scrapbooks, scrapbooks, and scrapbooks! After 9 years of scrapbooking, she finally began submitting to publications in June 2008. Jing-Jing was named one of the runners-up to the Memory Makers Masters Contest 2009. As Seen in Creating Keepsakes: Designer Friday by Jing-Jing

Today I would like to share a layout of mine that is published in the most recent Creating Keepsakes magazine.

Imaginisce is a  partner of Purple Cows and I received this very fun Wild Thing collection to play with last fall. I used my beloved Purple Cows 2-in-1 trimmer for all my cutting needs, and this layout was no exception.

My crazy friends whom I met online gave me the unwanted nickname of Panda :)  when in fact I was born the Year of the "Cow"!  I have worn a cow necklace since I began wearing necklaces!  If you ever run into me in real life, doubt not, that pendant hanging around my neck is a cow :)

I am absolutely ecstatic to share this layout and my love of scrapbooking with you.  As a long-time subscriber of Creating Keepsakes (since 2002), no words can describe what it means to me to see my work in this magazine. I would like to sincerely thank Purple Cows for the wonderful journey I'm on as a DT member and for the partners for your wonderful product: Imaginisce and Glue Arts!  I hope I have done you proud.
